John A. Dvorak, MD
Joining Eye Surgeons & Physicians in July 2000, Dr. Dvorak has proven to patients throughout Central Minnesota his understanding and dedication to the field of ophthalmology and patient care. As a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, Dr. Dvorak is a highly skilled cataract surgeon, general ophthalmologist and LASIK surgeon, treating a broad range of eye diseases, disorders and injuries. Based in St. Cloud, he also provides surgical & consultative services in Glenwood, Morris & Sauk Centre.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Dr. Dvorak attended the University of Minnesota and continued on to the University of Minnesota Medical School, completing his residency through the U of M program, as well. Dr. Dvorak completed extensive surgical training at the University of Minnesota, and was among the first ophthalmologists to be certified in LASIK as a part of their formal surgical training.
Dr. Dvorak is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ASCRS), Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology (MAO), American Medical Association (AMA), Minnesota Medical Association (MMA), and the Stearns-Benton County Medical Society (SBCMS).
Dr. Dvorak is a devoted family man, spending most of his free time with his wife and 14 children. As an avid sportsman, he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Passionate about music, Dr. Dvorak is an accomplished composer, piano player and singer.
